offers you a range of existing message templates or you can create your own templates to save time.

Example: An insurance company wishes to remind its clients by text message, when a policy needs renewing. The message template, contains client information such as, <<client name>>, <<policy document number>>,<<value of indemnity>> and <<policy expiry date>>. Custom merge fields that are required within the message (eg. policy expiry date), can easily be uploaded from the recipient database. See Uploading Contacts and Personalise Your Messages.
